We cocreate patterns of existence, repeat conditions,
we make circles to ask questions and discuss the
implications of our thinking
we make circles to ask questions and discuss the
implications of our thinking

The circles meet to discuss...
1- What new principles must we adapt in an era of polycrisis?
Personal and collective changes might help us prepare for - and live with - a climate-influenced breakdown or collapse of our societies. We must be able to navigate the realities of climate chaos using the principles and approaches needed to respond to the terrifying realization of increasing disruption by committing ourselves to reducing suffering while saving more of society and the natural world.
Challenges: Predictability, Consistency, One size fits all.

2- How can we implement Regenerative Practices for Design Leaders?
How can we support others, organizations, and complex systems to enhance the well-being of our communities, all living, and the planet? Both for today and the future. The vision of holistic leadership is one of holistic harmony of interdependent social, health, and environmental systems and cannot be addressed independently. Traditional approaches to leadership are increasingly poorly matched to the scope of problems we face in a globalized world. As the next generation ages, a new approach to leadership is required to realize planetary health.
Challenges: Reductionism, Abstractionism, Consumerism

3- How can we be inclusive of all beings, such as plants and animals?
The Earth has reached a tipping point. When thinking about design systems, we need to be aware of the interconnectedness and needs of all planetary life in an era of unprecedented turbulence in humanity's relationships. How can we learn from different ways to build relationships that help us towards a more regenerative and protective transition?

4- How can we respect and allow others' processes and rhythms in product design?
We are critiquing the 'social construct' of modern mechanical time. Humans have always found mystery and myth within the moon as our nearest celestial neighbor, and we have always projected various meanings onto its consistent but ever-intrinsic presence in our lives. Multiple cultures have practices and knowledge that build different relationships to map time, not always connected to the land and geography. As we better understand these realities, we can think about what living with the remnants of lunar cycles or circular territories will be like. Our dominant ideas of change and time mapping are entirely detached from these foundational mythologies.
Challenges: Linear, Rapid
